Patrick completed his study of the law at the Indianapolis Division of the Indiana University School of Law in 1969.
Patrick is currently admitted to the practice of law in the State of California (1977). He is admitted to the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California. He is a member in good standing with the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
